With the Email Integration module, you can access your email account anytime and anywhere without leaving PegasusCRM. You have the ability to integrate completely with all the big names in email: Microsoft Exchange, Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail, and more. Simply link the email account to your PegasusCRM user and start enjoying the benefits of more efficient communication.
The setup process is as simple as filling out a few fields, and you can even input your personalized e-signature! Once you’ve saved your information and linked the account within the system, you’ll gain the ability to send and receive emails directly within the PegasusCRM interface, as well as the capability to import emails directly to records.
With this module, there will be no more scrolling through hundreds of emails in search of a specific client interaction. By relating an email to a specific client, lead, or ticket before clicking send, you can ensure that the conversation will be logged in that record’s history.
